Care Choice Home Health needs Part Time (Per Visit) Home Health Aides / CNAs for Chicago and suburbs. Ideal candidates must have one (1) year experience. To compensate for the hard work and devotion of our aides we have per visit rates ranging from $30 to $40 per visit depending on the location. Parking expense is reimbursed at one hundred percent. With a team of nurses and other disciplines in collaboration with renowned hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and skilled nursing facilities in Chicago, Care Choice has been serving the elderly in their homes for eighteen years.
