Assisted Living RN/Clinical Nurse Supervisor

The role of the CNS is to ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met through facilities clinical services. The CNS will ensure that that the facility is following current regulations and standards, through organizing, planning, directing, supervising, coordinating and evaluating the facilities clinical services. Must be able to relate professionally with residents, staff and family members, display a positive work attitude and be able to work as a team with other staff members. May be engaged in direct resident care. In addition, the CNS will share duties as an RN through the MCHS ALF facilities.
