Functions to establish priorities of patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies. Performs various lab tests. Able to do medication reconciliation accurately and help patients manage their medication safely and effectively. Functions with an awareness and application of safety policies and in compliance with Infection Control policies
