PCA / CNA Snellville Georgia

We are seeking CNA or PCA for a position in Snellville Georgia. Applicants must live in or around the area of Snellville. Hours are 3pm to 9 pm. QUALIFICATIONS: -3 plus years experience working with seniors in a formal setting -CNA Certification or PCA tested -CPR and First aide certified -Tb skin test less than 1 yr -Valid Social Security Number -Valid Drivers license -Must have reliable transportation -Clean Background Record ________________________________________________________ RESPONSIBILTIES: -Provide personal care including bathing, grooming and dressing -Assist with ambulation and/or transfers -Assist with meal Prep and monitor nutritional intake -Able to observe and report and changes in condition -Medication reminders -Light housekeeping including maintaining/ clean client area including kitchen and clients bathroom -Proficient in use of EVV (electronic visit verification) App _Other responsibilities will be included, as per on client's care plan
