Full-time position

This supported position is designed for an individual with physical disabilities who uses a wheelchair and has a G-tube. The role focuses on light in-home or on-site activities such as organizing materials, simple crafts, and participating in social or virtual group activities. No transportation is required — all tasks are completed at home or at a designated accessible site. Support Provided: • Full assistance with G-tube feedings, hygiene, and mobility • Wheelchair-accessible environment • Use of assistive technology as needed Hours: Full-time,(35-40 hours/week)
