Mountain Home Health Care is a non-profit Home Health and Hospice Agency that services Taos County. Our company has been helping the elderly and disabled and their families since 1975. We began with a staff of two RNs and now employ over 65 Nurses, Physical Therapists, Personal Care Workers, Home Health Aides, Social Workers, Spiritual Counselors and Administrative Staff. We love our community very much and are thankful to be able to provide such needed services to those around us on a daily basis.
