Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language Knowledge of resident assessment instrument Knowledge of facility services , both skilled nursing and intermediate care, and appropriate disciplines and/or healthcare professionals that provide such services Must possess basic knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term care Knowledge of resident's rights but not limited to Patient Self Determination Act Knowledge of survey process and interpretive guidelines Must be a team player COVID-19 precautions Personal protective equipment provided or required Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
