Caregiver needed for adult foster home

Person should have skills working with disabled and/or elderly adults assisting with ADL'S (activities of daily living) Person must cook, serve food, medication admin, do activities session with residents daily, communicate well, handle emergencies. I am looking for 1 long term caregiver to help me run my foster care home. Pay starts at $18 dollars per hour. Schedule : Full time. Monday 7:30AM-8PM, Tuesday 7:30AM-8PM, Wednesday 7:30AM-10:30PM . Equals 40 hours per week. Paid monthly Person must work well with me working with them daily on the floor . We need to be able to work around each other. Caregiver must support me in the ways I need to be supported, and I support the caregiver in the ways they need to be supported.
