Campus Manager position

Grand Traverse Pavilions is accepting applications for a Registered Nurse to act as Campus Manager, full time, for 60 hours per 2 week pay period. The Campus Manager provides administrative oversight for the Grand Traverse Pavilions Campus, and works collaboratively with all nursing and non-nursing managers throughout the Organization to provide general direction, supervision, and consultation for the work and activities of campus-wide employees on assigned shift(s) of operation. Responsibilities include developing, modifying and monitoring Organizational-wide employee staffing schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels to the greatest extent feasible in all program areas. This position will primarily be scheduled for overnight shifts and will include some weekends and holidays. Prior supervisory and management experience preferred. Candidates must possess a current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license, with BSN preferred. Compensation is commensurate with the amount of prior experience.
