The Masonic Homes of California is excited to offer our CNA training program to all qualified applicants. Through a strong partnership with Unitek, the Masonic Homes campus in Union City is now able to offer a full CNA training program that will jump start a career in healthcare.
For qualified candidates, who join Masonic Homes, we are offering a scholarship program that will cover tuition and other associated costs of the program. This will allow dedicated individuals to follow their passion without having to worry about added financial burden.

Program Overview
NA100T-Nursing Assistant Theory
This course introduces concepts of basic human needs, the health/illness continuum, and basic nursing skills and procedures required in the nursing assistant role. The theory and role of the nursing assistant working with various populations in long-term care facilities, as well as acute care settings, will be discussed. This course includes 60 hours of online instructor-led synchronous learning
NA100L- Nursing Assistant Skills Lab
This course introduces students to the various skills and procedures that are required to successfully show competency in order to become a certified nursing assistant in the state of California. It includes skills demonstrations, hands-on practice, instructor lead activities in a supervised laboratory setting, and orientation to a clinical setting. This course consists of 4 skills lab days.
Upon successful completion of these courses, candidates are eligible to take the State Competency Evaluation for Nursing Assistants. Students will be offered a full-time CNA position at Masonic Homes of CA.
