We are looking for a compassionate Home Care Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities:
· Provide home care services in patients residence
· Perform domestic and household tasks
· Help with bathing, grooming and incontinence care
· Transport and accompany patients to doctor's appointment(s)
· Encourage patient to take prescribed medications
· Assist with client’s personal care activities
· Preparing and serving meals
· Provide companionship
Requirements and Skills:
· Caring and compassionate
· Proven working experience as Home Care Aide is preferred
· Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
· HCA Registration (Required)
· Live Scan/Background Check (Required)
· 3 Hour Safety Training (Required annually)
· 2 Hour Orientation Training (Required annually)
· Current CPR Certificate
· First Aid Training
· Valid Driver's License
· Proficiency in English (Bilingual preferred)
· High School Diploma (preferred)
