Per Diem Medicare Home Health Aide or CNA

Medicare Home Health Agency looking for HHA or CNA for per diem Medicare Home Visits for patients at an Assisted Living Facility in the Deerfield Beach area. · Medicare visits are limited to 1-2 hours per visit. No shift work available. Job Functions; · Report any observed or reported changes in the client's condition and/or needs to the Registered Nurse. Follow reporting guidelines in the Care Plan. · Range of motion exercises · Assistance in ambulation or exercises · Performs personal care activities, including but not limited to: · Bathing · Shampooing · Skin care/nail care · Oral hygiene · Shaving · Dressing · Performs household services essential to health care at home, including but not limited to: · Meal preparation/feeding · Laundry
