Alliance Nursing is seeking RN's for our Adult Family Homes in Kirkland, Kenmore, and Snohomish. Schedules are flexible to work with your availability for 1-3 12-hr shifts a week. Love having the opportunity to work on a small team Want to work with patients where you can utilize your nursing skills but don't want the stress of a hospital or clinic setting Love knowing what you are doing really matters and you're really creating connections with patients and their families Have a team attitude to creating a home environment with the best care possible Each of these beautiful homes have a maximum of 6-8 residents and a Clinical Team of 2 Nurses (RN/LPN) and 1-2 Nurse Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) to care for them so that they get the attention they need and deserve. We encourage family involvement and work together to develop a nursing plan of care that incorporates the client's preferences, special interests, and care needs.
