Grace Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregivers to support clients with daily living tasks and help them remain safe and independent in their homes. Care is non-medical and focused on providing dignity, comfort, and high-quality support. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Assist with meal preparation, modified diets, and feeding support as needed Support clients with standby safety assistance Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization Provide medication reminders (no medication administration) Assist with shopping, errands, and community outings Observe and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor Maintain professional boundaries and respect client privacy Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle TB test required (must be completed before starting) Ability to pass a background study Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor Schedule & Hours Part-time positions available Opportunity to pick up more hours as new clients come on service Why Work With Us Supportive agency and clear communication Flexible scheduling Meaningful one-on-one care with clients Opportunities for additional hours
