We provide comprehensive care to clients in their homes across Cleveland and the surrounding communities, focusing on one-on-one support. *Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $200 bonus with your second paycheck as a thank you for joining our team! *Guaranteed Minimum Pay: Enjoy guaranteed base pay of 12 hours per week to ensure a steady income while we match you with a client! Roles Available: - Home Health Aides (HHA) - Personal Caregivers (PCA) Key Responsibilities: - Provide assistance with personal care activities such as grooming, using the bathroom, dressing, and eating. - Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized living environment for clients. - Assist with meal preparation. - Offer emotional support and encouragement to help clients engage in their daily tasks. - Aid in mobility and transfers, assisting clients with getting in and out of bed, chairs, or wheelchairs. - Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or needs. Requirements: - Demonstrated compassion and a caring demeanor. - Professional attitude and the ability to maintain friendly client interactions. - Flexibility to work various shifts. - At least one year of verifiable experience as an HHA or Caregiver, or possession of a current HHA certification. - Reliable means of transportation.
