We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide/CNA to provide private duty, one-on-one care for our clients. What You’ll Do as an HHA: Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating per individualized care plans Supervise for safety Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors What We’re Looking For: Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience Pediatric experience (preferred) CPR certification (preferred) Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately Why Join Community Care Inc?
