CHHA provides personal care completes tasks for clients as scheduled under the direction of the Here For You RN Administrator. Must be willing to work in Oklahoma City or Edmond locations. Obtains and records vital signs, stand-by for showers and dressing assistance; launders, folds, and puts away clothes; completes all charting daily, escorts residents to activities, walks the dog, escorts residents to and from the dining room or to activities; shop or do light housework for clients as needed. Must be knowledgeable of policies and procedures for sitting/working with clients at home.
