The Wellness Nurse is an integral member of the nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for residents. Under the general direction of the Health Services Director (HSD), the Wellness Nurse is knowledgeable of resident’s conditions, clinical needs and all health care related incidents at the community. The Wellness Nurse assists residents to maintain the highest level of health, well-being and stability of medical conditions.
