RN, Part Time or Full Time, Days, Evenings, or Overnight

Bellamy & Watson Fields Assisted Living is looking for evening and day shift nurses, Part Time, to add to our dynamic team! We have the most compassionate and caring staff in the industry. Duties and Responsibilities forRN: Maintains all records, policies, and standards necessary for surveys. Performs duties relating to residents, including but not limited to the following: Maintains complete and confidential clinical records on residents, including medications records Performs pre-admission assessment on prospective residents and reports findings to Administrator Monitors vital signs and screens general health and well-being of residents on a regular basis; discusses health needs with physicians and other health care professionals, as necessary Administers medications to residents and/or supervises the assistance of taking medications by residents Visits residents who have temporarily transferred to the hospitals, nursing homes, hospices, and other health care facilities in order to monitor their progress. Qualifications Needed for LPN: Works under immediate supervision of the Administrator and/or RN Consultant. Is in possession of a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Provides evidence of the completion of both any state-mandated training or completes requirements as soon as possible after appointment.
