Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
Job description: Perform clinical procedures while ensuring excellent patient and client service. Conduct assessments, supervision, coordination, and assist in care planning. Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant, compliance checklist and continuous documentation. Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and follow-up care. Provide triage, emergency response, and specialized care (special needs, Alzheimer’s, hospice, senior care).
