Start Your Journey With Us: Living Branches, a community with a 5-star CMS rating, is currently seeking an overnight RN or LPN to join the Health Care Services teams at its community: Dock Woods (Lansdale). The RN / LPN utilizes the nursing process, procedures and techniques to perform various duties such as assessing resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating nursing care, and supervising and directing care provided by unlicensed nursing staff in the delivery of nursing care to render general health care within scope of practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by others under his/her direction. Requirements: LPN license or RN License CPR certified 2-4 years nursing experience preferred Knowledge of HIPPA rules and regulations and of regulations and guidelines governing long-term care Good communication skills and ability to effectively interact with others Strong managerial skills to provide guidance and direction, set performance standards and monitor performance of subordinates Ability to encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, has ability to prioritize work and to address emergencies as they may occur Enjoys working with older adults Living Branches is an equal opportunity employer that employs over 700 team members and has more than 1,350 residents at three locations in Pennsylvania.
