Home Health Visiting LPN

-This position is PER-DIEM -PAY IS BASED PER VISIT -Must hold a valid LPN/ Nevada license -Computer literate and knowledgeable in EMR Position Qualifications: 1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. 2. Current licensed practical nurse registration with the state board of nursing required. 3. Experience in home health care or related health care field preferred. Physical Requirements: 1. Visual/hearing ability sufficient to comprehend written/verbal communication. 2. Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which include heavy lifting and extensive bending and standing. 3. Ability to deal effectively with stress. Performance responsibilities and standards: 1. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services. 2. Implementation of current nursing practice. 3. Fulfills additional performance responsibilities as assigned and as necessary. 4. Promotes effective written/verbal communication. 5. Gives accurate information to clients and client families regarding the costs of one health care service. 6. Provides information regarding equipment and supply needs of Reliance Health Care, LLC. 7. Uses equipment and supplies efficiently and effectively. 8. Participates in salary programs following approved Reliance Health Care, LLC. polices and procedures. 9. Complies with home health care agency policies and procedures. 10. Promotes and maintains an agency environment that is in compliance with the federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. 11. Promotes education for Reliance Health Care LLC. staff members. 12. Promotes education for client, client families, and the community. 13. Particpates in personal professional growth and development.
