Genesis Centers is currently seeking LPNs in Moses Lake, Washington • Employment type: PT Available • Pay rate: LPN: 31-45P/H • Sign-On Bonus: $10, 000 Plus $5000 relocation • Shift diff-$3 Eve, $5 Noc • Shift diff Wkd $2 Day, $5 Eve, $7 Noc • Medical Benefits offered • Relocation assistance offered at 30 days. • Schedule:Day 6 AM- 2 PM (with rotating weekends. Must be flexible. • Schedule: Evening: 2P- 10P (with rotating weekends. Must be flexible). • Schedule: Nights 10pm-6am (with rotating weekends. Must be flexible). • Travel Nurses welcomed Responsibilities Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. *Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.*Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.*Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.*Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Qualifications *Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. *Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.*Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
