Requirements: - At least 1 year of active or recent experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferably in Home Health - Possess a Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Nevada - Possess a current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS - A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year) - A copy of Immunization Records: Tdap, Varicella, HepB, and MMR - Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance Others: - Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients’ places of residence - Must be able to lift 25 lbs - Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient. - With Home Health Care experience preferred Can't wait for the Recruiters to call you?
