Currently we have openings for the 2PM-10PM and 10PM- 6AM Shifts Job Description We are currently looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or an Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Team. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations, and supervises the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff in the delivery of direct resident care. Qualifications & Requirements * High School Diploma or GED. * Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas. * Ability to relate positively with physicians, residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees. * Meet all Federal, State & Local health regulations. * Implement resident care plans. * Supervisory/Management Experience. * Computer experience is required. * Point Click Care (PCC) experience is a Plus!
