Job description We are looking to add LVNs to the growing Country Trails Wellness and Rehab team! **LVN Signing Bonus!! $1,500.00** Bonus Schedule: $500 after 30 days full time employment, additional $500 after 90 days, additional $500 after 6 months. *With Shift Differentials* 10p-6a + $1 per hour 2p-10p + $3 per hour Wkends + $2 per hour Self motivated, deliver care with compassion and integrity. Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with license requirements. Administers medication/treatments as prescribed, receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour
