Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description
Seeking - A Private Duty Nurse, or Private Care Nurse, delivers direct care to people living in their own homes or in private settings. Duties in a Private Duty Nurse job description include monitoring patient vital signs, coordinating care with other health care professionals and administering oral, injectable, inhalant and intravenous medications if needed. Private Duty Nurse duties and responsibilities To keep patients comfortable, safe and as healthy as possible. Private Care Nurse duties vary based on patients’ individual needs but often include: Assessing patients to determine what their ongoing physical, mental and emotional needs.
