Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description

We have a great NOC shift opportunity in our Assisted Living department and part time weekend opportunities on our PM shift in our Assisted Living and Dementia Care departments where you will get to work with our awesome residents and staff. Per diem opportunities available on all shifts in all levels of care. We offer weekend differential of $3/hr for those in lead positions and a weekend differential of $2/hr for those not acting in a lead role. In addition we offer shift differentials for PM $1.25/hr. and NOC $1.50/hr. We also offer a $1,000 retention bonus if you meet the availability/hours requirement ($500 paid at 6 months of employment and $500 paid at 1 year of employment). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSISTED LIVING, DEMENTIA CARE AND RESIDENTIAL: • New grads with a passion for working with the geriatric population welcome to apply • Current and clear CA LVN license • Current BLS/CPR certification • Charge experience preferred • Dementia care experience a PLUS! RESPONSIBILITIES (will include, but will not be limited to): • Providing nursing oversight and nursing services to residents • Medication administration and supervision • Med pass experience • Interacting with physicians, family members, visitors and other providers • Required documentation • Staff oversight PER DIEM SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS: Per Diem staff have a minimum monthly/availability shift requirement, ask us for details.
