Distinctive Home Health, IncLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description
LVN 10hrs/day The LVN will perform the following skilled interventions and tasks: Monitor vital signs, Medication administration, Cleaning and care of tracheostomy stoma, Changing of tracheostomy, Condom catheterizations, G-tube feedings, G-tube site care/cleaning, Bowel care, Maintain perineal hygiene, Patient transfers maintaining proper body mechanics, Turn/reposition every two hours, Pressure reductions techniques to prevent skin breakdown, Monitor for skin breakdown, All activities of daily living as the patient is completely dependent.
Compensation
$28.00 - $31.00 per hour
