Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description
**For a patient in Norwalk on vent/trach/gtube** Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, M-F Shift 2; 10 PM - 6:00 AM, M-F How would you like to work with one patient at a time? This position is great to earn money and not work with multiple patients at once. This position is great for a LVN new grad, or LVN in school, or working another job but need an add on shift for extra money. Pay is $28/hr with benefits offered! We are looking for LVNs for a patients in San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, Pico Rivera, Rosemead, El Monte, Baldwin Park, Whittier, and surrounding areas. Pick up 1 shift or 2 shifts at night or day. All shifts available, Day or Night, 8 or 12 hours shift available. What you will do: This is shift work. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services. Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs. You will assist the RN and / or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care. Who you are: Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program. Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.
