Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
EMPLYEE WHO REFERS NEW HIRE CAN EARN $300 FOR FULL TIME AND $150 FOR PART TIME. We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to serve in the Residential Care Unit (assisted living) of our Mercy Home in Eagle Lake. PCAs support residents by following established personal care plans and assisting with the completion of daily living activities. The desired candidate must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience is necessary and training will be provided.
