The Care Staff is critical in our Assisted Living & Residential Care Communities. This position has more contact with residents than any other. Staff in this position must provide the facility with a continuous stream of information on resident status, needs and issues.
You must be able to provide the direct care needed to help residents maintain their highest level of independence.
