Sustain Home Health Care is looking for compassionate and caring people to become a part of our team. At Sustain we provide a variety of non-medical services to the elderly in our communities and assist them in their homes with ADL's.
Caregiver Tasks may include: Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping, Shopping, Laundry, Companionship, Medication and/or appointment reminders, Bathing, Dressing, Standby assistance, Escorting.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience with the elderly and/or Dementia clients preferred
Bilingual a plus
Valid Driver's License/Insurance
Prior experience in the health care industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates
Must be able to pass background check
Must have reliable transportation.
