Work as a Certified or Non- Certified Caregiver, administering appropriate personal care services following the patient’s Plan of Care such as: Safe transfer techniques and ambulation with or without equipment. Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Observe, record, and report self administered medication Observation, reporting, and documentation of patient status and the care of service furnished Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and ambulation in the home in accordance with the plan of care. Provide oral care daily including dental care. Run essential errands providing safe transportation related to the client’s plan of care. Launder client’s clothing weekly in accordance with the plan of care. Prepare nutritious meals for client in accordance with the plan of care. Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times. Follow client’s plan of care.
