Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Come join our great team at Casa de las Campanas! We are a life plan senior living community where our residents enjoy the retirement that the desire. We have great full time opportunities in our Assisted Living and Dementia care departments on all shifts. We offer a weekend differential of $3/hr if you are in a lead role and a weekend differential of $2/hr if not in a lead role. In addition, we offer $1.25/hr differential for PM shift and $1.50/hr differential for NOC shift. We have great per diem opportunities are available in all levels of care.
Your compensation level will be based on your past work experience.
We offer a $1000 retention bonus ($500 paid at six months of employment and $500 paid after one year of employment) for full time, part time and per diem positions if you meet availability/hours requirement for most levels of care.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Previous Caregiving experience preferred but not required, First Aid certification, prior experience working with seniors and/or individuals with dementia preferred but not required.
PER DIEM SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
Per Diem staff have a minimum monthly/availability shift requirement, ask us for details. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
