Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description

We have great full time opportunities in our Assisted Living and Dementia care departments on all shifts. We offer a weekend differential of $3/hr if you are in a lead role and a weekend differential of $2/hr if not in a lead role. In addition, we offer $1.25/hr differential for PM shift and $1.50/hr differential for NOC shift. We have great per diem opportunities are available in all levels of care. Your compensation level will be based on your past work experience. We offer a $1000 retention bonus ($500 paid at six months of employment and $500 paid after one year of employment) for full time, part time and per diem positions if you meet availability/hours requirement for most levels of care. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Previous Caregiving experience preferred but not required, First Aid certification, prior experience working with seniors and/or individuals with dementia preferred but not required. PER DIEM SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS: Per Diem staff have a minimum monthly/availability shift requirement, ask us for details. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
