Patient Care Technician (PCT) Job Description
Prompt, accurate professional and courteous receipt of all telephone calls and visitors. Prompt, accurate professional and courteous direction and or relay of all messages. Greets visitors and employees. Assist in typing memos and reports. Scheduling interviews. Assist with the revision of policies and procedures. Collection and dissemination of reports Keeps office informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified. Maintains confidentiality of organization and department. Maintenance of copier area. Order supplies Assist in other duties as needed and directed.
