An interdisciplinary team seeks to help residents maintain as much independence as possible for the longest amount of time. The team consists of attending physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists and psychologists, RNs and LPNs, social workers, chaplains, and physical, speech, occupational and recreational therapists.
