Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
HICAGO / SOUTH SHORE -- RN / LPN -- SIGN ON BONUS FOR PART-TIME -- $3,000
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: PART-TIME / PRN
RN / LPN -- FRI / SAT -- 7AM - 7PM
PRN - RN / LPN -- VARIOUS DAYS -- 7AM - 7PM
PRN - RN / LPN -- VARIOUS NIGHTS -- 7PM - 7AM
Elite Care Management is a private duty, home health care company with 25+ years' experience in the industry. We are privately owned and specialize in in adults with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and all being high-acuity patients.

IL Nursing License
CNA Certification
Current CPR Card
2- step TB test reading, Chest X-Ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test - within last 12 months
