Alliance A-Plus Home Health Care located in Dallas, TX, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to administer home health care in Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas. Minimum 2 years experience in home health care required. This is a great opportunity to join an established leader in the Texas home health industry. Functions: Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes utilizing infection control measures that protect both the staff and the patient. Standard Day Shift. Supervise and provide clinical direction to LVN providing services. Position Summary: The Home Health RN monitors a patient’s overall health, and in partnership with a primary care physician, develops an individualized plan of care for their patients, conduct OASIS assessements at appropriated time points. Each RN functions as a case manager, and works independently to deliver quality healthcare to their patients. As well as customized care and patient education about disease management, the Home Health RNs provide a variety of specialized services, such as Simple to Complex Wound Therapy, Post-Surgical Care Management, and Ostomy Care Management. The RN position allows you to function independently with the flexibility to make your own schedule and plan patient visits around other committments if needed.
