Named 2023 Provider of Choice! Hiring Immediately! Registered Nurse Home Care Always Best Care WNC was just named "2023 Provider of Choice," and we are rapidly growing! We are needing to hire an additional RN to join our fabulous team. Full and part time positions available. Benefits: PTO Health Insurance 401K (with company match) Performance Bonus Direct Deposit General Responsibilities: · Client admission assessments, reassessments and care plan development · Caregiver orientation, skills validation and supervisory visits · Select nursing services: i.e. nail care · Client fall risk assessments Required Experience: - Registered Nurse with minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience; Current NC (RN) Nursing license - Experience in senior care industry preferred; Home care or Home Health experience is desirable - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent team player but able to work independently - Flexible working hours to accommodate client availability and family schedules - Current and valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Work Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time based on the specific nursing position.
