JOB SUMMARY: Professional member of the home health team who provides skilled nursing visits in patient’s homes under the direction of plan of treatment established with physician and input from patient/caregiver. Calling all compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses! Haven Home Health Care is looking for dedicated Private Duty RNs to join our team. In this fulfilling permanent role, you’ll provide essential one-on-one home health care, ensuring your patient receives the personalized attention they need in the comfort of their own homes. With a competitive hourly range of $55.00 to $58.00 depending on experience and availability.
