Home Health RN

We are searching for a compassionate and reliable RN to conduct home visits for patients head to toe assessment medication and disease management & monitoring, Disease teaching and instructions medication administrations, orally, intravenous and topically. wound care and wound assessment Reporting to physicians and documentation of patients status Addressing and resolving patients and caregiver concerns Supervision of LPNs and CNAs. Must have current RN License, CPR certification, and drivers License.
