RN Nurse Supervisor

- Pay is negotiable and based upon experience. - 4 days a week Reports to the Director of Professional Services. POSITION SCOPE: - Assists the DOPS to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services. - To coordinate provisions of home health care services that reflects the home health agency's philosophy and standard of care. - Acts in the capacity of a DOPS in the absence of the latter. QUALIFICATIONS: - Registered Nurse currently registered with the Nevada Board of Nurse Examiners. - Public Health Nursing experience preferably with minimum of two years in a community health setting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good administrative, organizational, and leadership skills required. - Comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. - Excellent ability in supervision, leadership and interpersonal relationship. PERFORMANCE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plans all clinical operations. - Demonstrates leadership to clinical staff. - Consistently utilizes the nursing process in clinical operation. - Performs a range of administrative/professional roles and responsibilities.
