Registered Nurse – All shifts available! (NO WEEKENDS!!)

St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center and Morris Hall Senior Care Communities are currently in search of full time and part time RNs Our nurses utilize med/surg and teaching skills as they care for patients with advanced neuromuscular, orthopedic and brain injury diagnoses. Prescribes, delegates, coordinates and supervises patient care; supports the patient and family through communication an education. Develops individualized plan of care within 24 hours of admission; transcribes physician orders in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications: NJ RN license required. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and through written documentation. Knowledge and ability to utilize appropriate body mechanics to care for patients. Maintain patient confidentiality. Walk-in applicants are encouraged! $7,500.00 sign-on bonus for RNs
