Job Description: RN’s Full and part-time, day shift nurses to provide consistent, high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments and promotion of team approach to resident care. Duties Include: -Administer and document medications given -Perform treatments and assist physicians -Observe, record and report observations -Assess resident needs and provide care -Other duties as assigned -Provide support to Resident Care Specialist/CNAs with resident care and charting Job Requirements / Qualifications: -Licensed as Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana. -Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently. -Experienced preferred. Schedule: -Hourly rate is based on experience. -Weekend shift pay: $1.00 additional per hour. -Evening shift diff: $1.00 additional per hour. -Night shift diff: $2.00 additional per hour. -Weekends and Holidays: Must work every other weekend and every other holiday.
