LPN/RN Needed

Are you an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a fulfilling role in home care? Our home care agency is looking for dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Key Responsibilities: -Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, managing wound care, and monitoring vital signs. -Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers. -Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and home care techniques. -Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided, changes in patient condition, and progress. -Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and address any concerns. -Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, enhancing their quality of life. -Compliance: Ensure all care practices adhere to agency policies, state regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications: - Valid LPN or RN license in FL -Associate's degree in Nursing (for LPN) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (for RN) from an accredited institution. - Previous home care or clinical experience preferred. -Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
