Apply at www.careersatsrcare.org Summary The Supervisor is a Licensed Registered Nurse whose function is to monitor and provide quality care and services to residents for an entire shift. This individual is to assume responsibility for his/her healthcare delivery and to supervise and oversee the work of professional and non-professional employees throughout the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Identify and suggest innovative approaches and participate in implementing performance improvement opportunities. Maintains compliance with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policy and procedure in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and community standards. Demonstrates on a consistent basis individual and team behavior that supports the Person-Centered, Woodwell, and Woodside philosophies of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. Supervisory Responsibilities Entire building personnel on his/her shift in the absence of the RN Neighborhood Manager, Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing Education and/or Experience Graduate of approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing. Two years supervisory experience or one year long term care experience in a licensed position. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Possession of a valid RN license issued by the State of Pennsylvania. Maintain CPR certification per policy
