MDS RN

ob Description Registered Nurse (RN) is needed who has experience in completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) which is required by state and federal guidelines for all nursing home residents. MDS Certification is not required but is desirable. Must be able to follow the MDS process with completion of care plans and directing the inter-disciplinary care plan team. Strong organizational, as well as excellent interpersonal skills are needed for this position. Must be able to work independently and serve as a resource for staff members. Great clinical and communication skills are also essential since the MDS Nurse acts as liaison between the residents and/or families and the facility as care is discussed during the care plan meetings. As part of the Registered Nurse team at Mountainview, will be required to be on call periodically and must be able to take on this leadership/supervisory role. Job Type: Full-time
