Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living in West Salem, WI is one of two campuses operated by La Crosse County! Our campus is a state-of-the-art with excellent staff to resident ratios. We are also FIVE STAR RATED! Hours of Work: PM shift works 2 PM to 10:30 PM. This position includes working every other weekend and a holiday rotation. Pay, Differentials, and Benefits: LPN Pay Range: $24.03 - 27.86/hr (depending on experience) + PM Shift Differential of $1.50/hr from 5pm to 10pm and a Weekend Differential of $2.50/hr. RN Pay Range: $32.11 - $37.23/hr (depending on experience) + PM Shift differential of $3.75/hour from 5pm to 10pm and a Weekend Differential of $3.00/hr. Essential Job Functions Provide care within the provisions of the Nurse Practice Act. Provide direct nursing care including administering medications and treatments. Determine and supervise work assignments to provide maximum utilization of Nursing Assistants and is responsible to see that assigned tasks are accomplished. Training, Experience and Other Requirements Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with current Nursing license in the State of Wisconsin. Preference for nursing experience in a long term care facility. Preference for one year of supervisory experience. Those persons driving must have and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver license and good driving record. May consider other relevant combinations of education and experience that provide equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must maintain a valid Wisconsin nursing license. Must successfully pass a background check as required by the Wisconsin Caregiver Law.
