We are seeking experienced and compassionate RNs for the Ventura County area to join us in this mission. Job Description RN Hospice Phone Triage patients symptoms, collaborate with nurses and orders DME Assesses for signs and symptoms of discomfort including presence of pain and takes prompt and appropriate action. Initiates interaction with new referrals on the weekends and admissions Coordinates all services provided to patients and families, as well as appropriateness of care, to ensure quality of care and services. Job Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Credentials: Current RN License within CA. Bachelors in Nursing preferred. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing desired. A current CPR Certification, Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance. Experience: Minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse within the last 3 years with strong clinical assessment skills. Skills: All nursing functions, written and oral communication skills, sympathetic attitude, customer services/relations, ability to work with dying patients, organizational and diplomacy.
